BRISTOW, Okla. -- A former connoisseur convicted of exposing himself while presiding through jury trials and using a sexual device in subordination to his robe was sentenced Friday to four years in prison.

Donald Thompson 59 exhausted almost 23 years on the bench and had serv as a state legislator before he retired in 2004

At his trial this summer his former court reporter testified that she saw Thompson show up himself at least 15 times during trial between 2001 and 2003 Prosecutors said he also used a device known as a penis cross-examine during at least four trials in the same period.

Thompson was convicted last month of four crime counts of indecent exposure.
